As well as assisting with self assessment tax returns and tax planning we can help you deal with HMRC requirements relating to VAT and Payroll compliance.  Our involvement can be from help and advice with registering through to dealing with the monthly/quarterly submissions on your behalf.


We can assist with your VAT registration application to HMRC and consider what VAT schemes are available for you business.  We can assist with the compilation of quarterly (or monthly/annual as appropriate) VAT return submissions to HMRC while ensuring you comply with Making Tax Digital requirements as appropriate.  


We have experience in dealing with those organisations who have to prepare more complex calculations, such as partial exemption, due to the nature of their business.

Payroll bureau

We can maintain your payroll records and provide you with payslips (confidential payslips) and reports as required.  We will submit your monthly returns online to HMRC (FPS & EPS) as required under the new HMRC RTI (Real Time Information) Regime.  


With the new Automatic Enrolment regulations regarding pension provision for staff coming into force we are keenly aware this is a very important issue for our clients.  In September we held a seminar to provide further information on Automatic Enrolment (AE) to our clients which was well received.


We shall be able to deal with pension deductions required each month through your payroll as appropriate.
